With 4th of July only a few days away we thought you might like a little inspiration for your patriotic picnics and get-togethers! Food is one our favorite parts of the 4th, and we're sure that your guests agree! Watermelon is always a great staple at any summer gathering, and you can add touches of edible red, white and blue to your festivities as well.  Even if you're not able to have street fireworks, grab a few boxes of sparklers to enjoy before you hit up the big fireworks show. Dressing up for the 4th might draw to your mind images of kitchy vests with stars and stripes, but you can look chic and still be patriotic! We hope you have a wonderful 4th of July!

With summer upon us, it's about time for backyard BBQs and parties, wouldn't you agree? So, to help you kick off the summer right, we put together this photo shoot with the help of friend and photographer Aaron Shintaku to give you some ideas for your summer soirees! Pick a color and run with it! We grabbed all our green glassware, plates, vases, etc and brought it all together for this garden party.  We also noticed we had a lot of bird accessories and accents so we pulled those down as well.  If you have a color and a theme you can bring in a lot of variety while still maintaining a sense of cohesion.  Don't shy away from different shades and textures of your color, and different accessories with the same theme (birds for us!) it can help incorporate accent colors and add variety to your color choice. We just did an event with a nautical twist! A party with guests sporting sea worthy costumes and some great jams to get them moving. It was a blast to work with this fun crew!

 We're spicing up the office with a little Summer flavor and, of course,  Nothing says summer quite like garden flamingos! Add a few bright colors and some fun lanterns and we're good to go! We had such fun designing this colorful party held at the gorgeous, Stone Hill Tavern.  This bright event's floral design consisted of beautiful pops of fusia and a bright orange.
