I'm not sure how many of you have ever had the chance to experience the chocolatey goodness of a Tim Tam slam, but for those of you who have not-you're in for a real treat! You ready for this??  Here we go...Step One: Grab some Tim Tams (they are sometimes difficult to find but my local Target has them and Cost Plus World Market has them occasionally). Step Two: Make yourself a delicious hot beverage such as coffee or hot chocolate.  Step Three: Bite off the corners of the Tim Tam diagonal from each other.  Step Four: Dip one corner of the Tim Tam into your beverage and suck the liquid up through the Tim Tam from the diagonal corner you chomped off in step three.  Step Five: You will feel the cookie start to collapse and melt as the drink runs up through it, at this point stuff the whole cookie in your mouth before it completely falls apart and enjoy the amazing gooey chocolate party that will happen in your mouth. Thanksgiving is this week ...can you believe it?! It's just crazy how fast time is going by.  Before you know it, it's going to be Christmas and then the year will be over. We can't think about that now, it's too much :) So, instead, here is a fun pumpkin drink recipe-enjoy!
