With Macklemore and Ryan Lewis as the headliner entertainment for the evening, and their hit song " Thrift Shop " in heavy rotation on the tele and airwaves, we were inspired to design a space perfect for any hipster! With an empty tent as our canvas, we transformed a parking lot into an environment that was fresh, fun and full of excitement. From an eclectic mix of vintage and flea market finds to movie props and custom pieces, every component was hand selected and designed with purpose. We wanted to perfect the Thrift Shop Chic ambiance. The key was to create a cohesive look while using an array of different elements. The blueprint for the tent was set by hardwood floors and custom brick wall panels. The brick wall was a unique opportunity to skip the traditional drape route and use a framework that would allow us to showcase retro photos, mirrors and authentic art.
