Restock and Revamp

With New Years Eve parties over and done with, you probably are needing to reorganize and resupply your home bar.  Get inspired by these shots and do it up a little fancy yourself!






Key ingredients for an elegant home bar:

-tray or cart to keep it all contained
-ice bucket and tongs or scoop
-stir sticks/utensil, get creative and add some interest with unusual stir sticks
-decorative trinkets, keeping it small or simple will help minimize the clutter factor
-pretty bottles or mixer
-glassware on display optional but always lovely

Artist Frida Kahlo will appear on the cover of  Vogue  for the first time ever. Almost 60 years after her death, the photo of Frida, taken by photographer Nickolas Muray in 1939, will appear on the cover of Vogue Mexico ’s November 2012 issue. The magazine will hit newsstands just before the November 22 nd opening of   “ Appearances Can Be Deceiving: The Dresses of Frida Kahlo” at the Frida Kahlo Museum in Mexico City .  Frida Kahlo did appear once in the pages of U.S. Vogue , in the October, 1937 edition; but this is her first time on the iconic magazine’s cover.
