Boscolo Exedra, Nice

We’re currently staying in Nice at the exquisite, five-star Boscolo Exedra hotel and today I met with the meeting and group director, Alexandra Gas, for a tour of this incredible venue to review its conference and event spaces. 

The Boscolo Exedra has a gorgeous meeting room with white and natural marble floors, art sculptures and full length doorways to the terrace. The space is exquisitely designed with very chic and comfortable chairs and is well equipped for meetings or small receptions. Multiple spaces in the hotel can be transformed into event spaces, such as the billiard room and the private dinning room with the world renown chef, Giuseppe Mandaradoni.

The avant-garde meeting areas are all incredible and were undeniably designed for sophisticated people who love fashion, art and luxury. The hotel offers you 140 m² of flexible space for prestigious meetings.
The elegant meeting rooms, illuminated by sunlight and well-equipped in all respects, can hold up to 150 people and host all types of events: presentations and conferences, exhibitions, shows, parties, product launches, gala evenings, photographic services, parades and private receptions.The personalized service and the excellent catering, which are also available on the terrace, ensure that the event will be a memorable one.

The Boscolo Exedra, also known as the Hotel of Five Arts, is a very exclusive destination that embodies a rich history and luxurious modern appointments. The hotel, designed by Charles Dalmas in 1913, evokes the best of the turn of the century Belle Époque.

Originally called the ‘Hotel du Rhin’, it was deliberately built in the city center and is immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the Boulevard Victor Hugo. The glorious classical facade in Belle Époque style and the provocative interior decor is inspired by the eighteenth century and gorgeous modern pieces and, of course, stunning art.

The great hall, with marble columns subdued by multi-colored glass, leads to a large, gorgeous dining room and on the other side there is the bar, which feels futuristic and features a white, asymmetrical bar that seems to be a nod to Antoni Gaudí. (We are not far from Spain after all.)

‘La Pescheria’ fiveStar Restaurant offers various à la carte dishes of ‘fish of the day’; in the ‘Genesi’ Bar you can enjoy local dishes in harmony with Italian food and an elegant and creative welcome and cuisine, the result of the ‘Boscolo Food Experience’ in France.
The Boscolo Exedra Nice also holds theme-oriented food and wine evenings conducted by well-known Italian and French chefs.

In the summer months, guests can rent a ‘Velo Bleu’ bike at the hotel entrance and enjoy the beautiful and private Ruhl Plage beach, which is only an 8 minute walk from the famous “Promenade des Anglais.”

After a fun day at the beach, relax in your luxury room, facing onto the Boulevard Victor Hugo. The hotel features 113 rooms including an Executive Suite, two Presidential Suites and five Junior Suites.
